EDIT: Can attack 3 down - any number up. OOPS! My error

Ever since I have played this game it has been PvP this PvP that.

And widely know there was a -3/+3 PvP range. An NPC on Map 0.0 even mentions it:

If I remember correctly I recall seeing "You are to weak to PvP" type messages when I 'accidently' clicked the (crossed swords).

But now it seems a level (example) ±30 player can attack "anyone" over his level, say a level 40+, 400+, 4000+

So just when did the -3/+3 PvP span change and why was this not announced?

Can we please have the -3/+3 span brought back into the game.

I'm confused what you mean give an example. You can attack anyone HIGHER then you, but cannot attack anyone below 3 lvls from you. Someone can attack someone lower IF, they are targeted by the player, attacked by the player, player attacked them while clanned.

I believe I have seen that just targeting a player isn't considered an attack without actually attacking. That'd pretty much be tapping on a player like you would to attack, chat, trade, spam, etc...

Something I heard when I first started ... -3/+3

Example: nope none.

It's been the current way (Can attack anyone higher) ever since I can remember.

You can't attack DOWN more than 3 levels unless both you and the player are both clanned (not an ally) OR they have attacked you before and are on your "enemies" list still.

You can attack UP whenever/however you want to though.

I don't think there has been any change to this.

It's just the -3 rule, don't think there has been a limit on going up (the +3 part) before but I could be wrong.
