I got attack from low level but I cannot retaliated. He attack till I died. Who knowhow to prevent or retaliate them.

This could possibly depend on where you were. Some areas do not allow PvP, so it's possible s/he was hiding in a restricted area and coming out to attack you.

Click on the player's avatar to display the character context menu and select an attack.

Yes I try to click attack but cannot I don't know why. And I'm still freeze.

BINGO: You need unfreeze potions to unfreeze. Once you are frozen you cannot attack or move for a short period of time.

OR, just log out.

Easiest place to buy unfreeze potions is Marteks Stronghold where you have to pay 100 gold to enter. Good luck.
