I've searched and cannot seem to find an Entangled Bracelet. Does anyone know what shop sells these?

I believe the only shop that sells them requires you first do the orc forge part quest at level 150. If I see you in game I'd be glad to get one for you.

While we're on the subject, in your opinion, which side should I choose, humans or orcs?

I think it's a matter of personal opinion. The orc shop sells 250 robes which are needed for a quest and is also the only place that carries 100 hats. Human shop carries 100 amulets that are needed a few times. I believe the quests/rewards are the same otherwise.

(I can always grab stuff from the human shop if anyone needs.)

100 ammy also in shopunderneath frost cave with trappers and so on, but that's later on.

Thete is an axe in human shop that you can craft for mega gold. Unfortunately I chose orc ha.

I've been known to purchase a few loads of level 200 axes for LostKnight so he can craft level 500 axes...

I give a friend - like Gull or SS, 1.2b to pick up 60 axes for me as I chose "Orc" and then hold them on an alt until the next load. Takes 19 axes to make up the 1.2b and the other 41 are profit. But 20 carbon ingots is a lot of mining and a LOT of time.
