Stuck on a map

Time of bug: 10min before post
Where: map 1,-3
What: first time i entered the map and it went all black cant do anything, tried relog and restart app amd still.

Cheddar has forgotten his forum account details, and asks me to report that he encountered the same issue on his account 'swiss' today. He tried reinstalling the app to no avail. Assistance needed.

I'm logged in and can hear music but I cannot see anything my buttons work and I tried to click on the edges of the screen to move but my character does not change map my character name is SamiAm329 I was travelling between Silverwood and a map below

I don't know if it is the exact same issue, but I had a friend who got stuck on a map as well. He turned off his wifi and used cell phone data when he logged back in and he was freed. Something about how maps loaded for him or such.
