Forgotten Tales

Is there any way to get a better pick axe in the off line get? I see that you can craft one but there is no option to make it from the Smith.

The Witch makes Tools+2 and Tools+3, I have the Mithril Tools
- Do not bother with hammer or rod though - no building, no fishing.
