Forgotten Tales

So I found Aserel's engagement ring exactly where it was supposed to be, but it was the first quest I'd ever done that required you to tap on the item and I did not realize at the time that I then had to tap again when it popped up on loot in order to obtain it. By the time I realized my mistake, the ring was gone. Is there any way to fix that, or am I just out of luck?

Was this issue ever resolved? If not, you've a number of options.

1. Send a PM to GM Inbox and ask them to create a new item: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=9711

2. Create an alt, redo the quest and then transfer it to your main character

3. See if another player hasn't yet done option 2 and is prepared to give you the item
