Two purchases not given

Hello I created an account tonight and made two purchases and did not receive them. Can someone please help me? I have both google play receipts.
Was your backpack full when you made the purchase? If so you may have received the items and would not see them until you clear space in your backpack. There can also be a slight delay in receiving purchases.
If you have room for the purchases and it has been a little while you may need to send a PM to the GM team with your information:
