I like the dots on the map for quests but when in the center it covers up the numbers is there any way we can see map numbers thx.

Complete all of your quests so you can see the map? :D

Seriously though, maybe some kind of layering or moving the quest dots to the corner would probably be a good idea.

What I find rather odd is that the :?: can show in different positions. Here is the map from an alt and the dot on map 4, 0 is in the bottom corner of that map square but the other dots are in the center of the map squares.

Maybe set them all to show in the bottom corner?

The position of the ' :?: ' depends where in the map the quest is! If it's a dungeon, ofcourse it can't be shown exactly, and so it is placed in the middle, however if it's an open-world quest, like your one on (4.0), you know it's located near the orc settlement :D

Yes, that is correct. (Pay boatloads of gold for the orc's ring being the quest on 4, 0 there.) Still, the maps aren't too big that someone can't figure out where to go if the dots were all moved.

That being said, the dot placement is more of an annoyance than a major problem in my opinion. You can always look at a surrounding map and figure things out that way too.

The dots are good. Just be nice to see the #s still.

when the dots cover the numbers I look at the map next to understand the map number.
