I added option for ignoring specified player. Just click on a player and then click on button with red hand.
You will not see messages from that player on global chat, private chat, no friend request, clan invitation and no trade offer.
To unblock just click again on that button.

Would be nice to know if another player has muted you, to prevent confusion between players who may not know.
Another thing is, you can only mute and unmute a player when in their immediate area, but what if, for example, you mute a friend by accident, and they leave the area before you can unmute them? Or anyone, for that matter.
For this reason, not to mention it being easier to use, I suggest an 'ignored list' similar to the friends list.
