I've been thinking about this post from Gull about items looking similar and so could lead to confusion.

Here's another. At first glance the 1500 club looks similar to a mushy bone. Now imagine getting those mixed up!

One reason it would be nice to check out the items in a trade. I can't say that I have studied all of the items in the map editor files or anything like that.
