Hi my nickname in game MarK_DDZ my Friend is blocked in 2nd floor in brass monkey tawern . In room next to where deposit is. Right side. With blue bed. His nickname SQu3any. Can admin help him? Teleport or another things. Thank you.

Yes and He is blocked in the right side.
