Forgotten Tales

So I’m tryning to do the HoH quest line. And I have become stuck on a part.
I have completed the HoH ( all four houses and the center house) and got the 3 blessing.
I have completed all 7 altars.
I have gotten access to Kraken Island ( I have learned to sail )
When I go to talk to rebel to he has NOTHING to say. The boy and the devil will NOT talk to me.
The mage in the tower will not talk to me.
I am at a lose here if anyone can help me out would be nice. This is all my quest log says to do.
I’m not sure if any side quest is linked to this that I need to do.

First thought - check the walkthrough. It may just help you out. If not, I'm sure someone will know the answer.

I’ve been looking but I can’t figure it out. I’ve been trying to do all the lil side quest’s I come across. Just tryn get into the oasis for a my daily

The quest in your book is describing the first attempt to get the artifact in the Spectre dungeon at the altar there in northeast corner room. After that fails you see proditor. Then the trip to Kraken can become active. As I recall you need to visit Nelrogg the fisherman and the rebel in the snow Southwest from the frost cave. To do part two of artifact on Kraken you must be level 250 for rebel to talk to you.

Oh I see you mentioned Oasis! This is part of artifact quest too...
After snow rebels talks you go back to proditor
He gives you scroll to visit Vitus lector to translate
I believe after you report back to proditor you must visit the "creepy stranger" devil and he will begin process of getting you into Oasis. You will to get crest for boy in a small cave near dinosaurs (remember to talk to woodcutter to tell of earthquake) and item for devil out of Oasis.

I hope I have this in right order, at worst it should provide some clues.Good luck!
