Veteran spawn camping & blocking access

For the last week, this area has been pretty impassable due to one player (Wooooooman) who sits safely in a pvp free area, grinding spawn for hours and attacking anyone lower lvl than him (And clanned)
It's a bottle neck, why is there even a pvp free zone there in the first place? I've had to get an escort to pass safely almost every time or log for hrs at a time, but there is no way to fairly deal with this hostile and frequently abusive player. Given the amount of time they spend here doing this, this is surely something that ought to be addressed?

I have read before that areas around quest NPCs have protection from PvP. Since I don't get into PvP I'm not sure of the distance, but the trapper outside the door would be a quest NPC if that still applies. Maybe close to the entrance door is close enough to the NPC? But that should mean that someone could get through the door at least I would think.
Most of the complaints I hear about this map are on the bottom. I'm not sure why there is a spawn point down there as that's a huge bottleneck, but that's a separate issue.

I've found that the journey out of the platinum map tends to be easier than the journey in, because of the easy access to the portal on the way out. That word 'bottleneck' is a really good way to describe it.
That's a decent reason for a small quest.
Near where the boat is, add a new portal or something that bypasses the cave giants map and takes you straight to the room between platinum and cave giants.
The quest is to gain access to this new portal. Let's think of ideas:)

Some of the quest NPCs are no PvP areas, but I don't think all are. My main point, certainly for this case, is that one player can behave with the utmost selfish and hostile behaviour and thus limit others who are simply trying to pass by. Yes, this is an issue related to those clanned and whomever else they deign to attack, but they are there 5-10hrs a day, nearly every day and there is no alternate way in. An area like this, should not exist for a lone player to spawn camp and harass with impunity.
I'd either suggest removing the no PvP area at this bottle neck, or limit the spawn for that specific spot so it can't be abused in the manner that it currently is.

A very long time ago, I posted on the forums about this very same issue, only my issue was at the bottom of the map and a player attacked me every time I tried to go to the platinum map.
A GM responded at the time and told me that since I was in a clan, there was nothing that could be done about it if I remember correctly and that he was able to pass by the bad player with no problems and he wasn't attacked.
I am not proud of this but I preceded to get into a very nasty argument with this GM and said some very bad things about him. I ended up apologizing but the damage had been done. I was just so angry that this player attacked me every time when I tried to mine platinum.
I will bring this issue up to the GM team and ask for their feedback and see if we can come up with a solution. I will post back here if something can be done about it.

I think that a player who constantly attacks another player every time he passes by is equal to violating rule N.9 and N.9 Bis of the regulation.

Appreciated. I would like to emphasise that the broader problem isn't so much that it's a clan-based PvP issue. More that this one no PvP section of the map can and is currently being used to effectively seal off an entire area. Without it, an organised group strike would be able to remove them.

Wooooman has only attacked me, ever since I started and their reputation for aggression and attempting to cause chaos otherwise is very well known. I used to encounter them frequently at 0,2 back when I was significantly lower lvl. If they couldn't kill you, they would drag spawn to do so.

(edited ), or use soem unfreeze and run and log...he is only 2k...pretty weak guy

And how do you suggest doing that? They are camping in a no PvP area.
