Does anyone know the map locations of these mobs?

I know of them nest Banktown but not any other maps.

I think the ones on the bank map are green gnomes or something like that. I can't say I'm aware of other maps though.

Leprechauns are a boss mob I think.

Ah, that makes sense. I didn't think they were elsewhere.

Leprechaun is a boss.There is a portal in the ice cave on map 1.-2.To enter there you need to be between 150 and 249 levels.Appears once an hour.occurs when it is always 15 minutes(ex: 17:15 03:15 22:15).and lots of things fall from it.(ex: 150+2 All weapons,150+1 All weapons,150+1 plate,150+2 plate,200+1 and 200+2 weapons and armor).And the chance of items falling is quite high(Generally 0.7% 0.4%).But really a very strong boss.There are 11.5k str and 170 dex.You have to have 2 more players to enter there.You must be 3 people in total.I added a few pictures to help you )

These bosses have decent drop rates, but one per hour is pretty tough to get them. Some friends and I did another boss and we'd often log in the room and play some alts to pass thr time. We got some decent drops as a group.

I don't find the entrance for levels 750-999.

On the cave giant map towards the top right corner. After you enter the door to the cave giant part turn eighr.

I've seen these portals, but I am not in the correct level range to enter them and so hadn't made the connection that this is where to find the leprechaun.
