Quest 26?

The manual (and updated item list in forum) mention quest 26 for an item. Only problem seems to be that I can't find what quest 26 is. Does anyone know? Thanks

Just got the item by doing normal quests. Apparently, quest 26 is giving the giant lizard egg to the witch as it dropped the Mystic Robe.
