I fish a unknown item but cant get it

Can some one enlighten me what is this item that look like a spear stock in 50pcs.
Whenever i click it,it will disappear but wont appear at my storage.
I tried to log out and log in again and the item is still there but it wont add at my storage.
Im wondering what is it?
Its the second time i fish this item.
Is it a bug or a new item ?

I have no clue what that is. Do you have 50 free spaces in inventory? I don't know why that should matter, but maybe it does?

Maybe it is a 50 bolt pack for a crossbow and archers will have to buy ammo from now on!

It could be the equivalent of throwing axes and swords, for archers.
