Its a GM who hunt everyone that are clanned or outlaw. U can kill him with a group. As i rememebr he’s there to kill high lvls. Comp made him strong

That player was a former administrator I think, he bought himself as 20k lvls and since he was too strong they could as an event, if he drops you in an event you can recover the item.that player already caused trouble by getting into the war against 2.2 and started killing us when he is not supposed to be just an event
