Buff ogre second skill

Ogre is supposed to be mage's weakness he has a skill unlocked at lvl 60 called stun hit that drains 50% of mages mana and 25% hp, but after lvl 1500 or 2k whenever mages start having infinite mana this skill become useless because mana on that lvl regenerate too fast and never ends so what I suggest is when this skill is used mage mana stop regenerating for like 20 seconds so that skill will be useful.

No just trying to make PvP more balanced, 2k mage can beat 3k ogre 1vs1 I tried it on test server not to mention that 2k mage can tank 6k sword and mage is an endless tank, do 4 damage spells while other class attack once every 0.7 seconds and need to stop getting xp to regenerate hp so mage is strongest pvp and possibly the fastest xp isn't that op?

The wizard's rate of hitting in seconds 0.2 seconds. I think it should be 0.5 seconds.

I'm not sure about that some GM's say it's 4 per sec some say 5 so idk but buff that skill won't make ogre too op he will only be stronger vs mages but that doesn't affect PvP between ogre and other classes like sword every class has their weakness and ogre should be mage's weakness

What if regenerate of mana stops while ogre stun skill is active? Take 50% mana, no more comes back until skill is done.
