FIRE ARROWS cant be trade too

Well as the title imply
I tried trading fire arrows but it wont be put to trade menu or simply i cant give it to any one
I dont know if we can stock it at bank,house and clan building i didnt try yet.
Dunno if its bug or comp. Make it that way?
