welcome committee - help for new members

Yoooooooo beautiful people of this.game!!!!
In the Italian section I put a welcome post, indicating in it the name of the Italian players available to help new members.
I think that such a post should be put in "general information" with the references of those who make themselves available to help new ones, divided by nationality
Obviously on the.forum anyone new can ask for help and any of us "veterans" will be ready to help, but a new player first looks for his compatriots, as I did some time ago.
Therefore I propose a welcome post with the contact details of those who make themselves available, active people of course.
