Magus don't exist...

Hi. The Magus with quest on chaotic armor don't exist... Why ? I'm searching him on map 3.3.
In the online version he is at the very top of the fairy island, so maybe save and check it out.
In the online version you can get there safely by walking along the left side, but I have no idea if the spawn points are the same offline.
