The attack also stops when you open minimap. I've not seen what happens when you chat with a friend on a different map, but I suspect it will be the same.

It happens to me if I open inventory, if I open mini-map ..... in short, it is unnerving.

Is this a bug or the developer intented to do this? I just saw this happening to me today and it's very annoying.
