Long story short: I also lost the 2 pets I just bought.

Since through no fault of my own I lost 4 pets in 5 minutes, can we fix this for a moment?

If all my merchandise had shown up on the screen, including the newly purchased pets, I certainly wouldn't have lost anything.

I know that we are talking about 40 objects scattered on the screen, but we really need to fix this, it is not fair to lose precious objects or throw money because the system limits the view Just 20 items.

I'll ask the GMs if I can get back at least the 2 pets I just bought, but I can't blame the GMs if they tell me no. Besides, I lost them myself.

Try it. Buy 2 pets when you don't have room in the bag. You find the pets on the screen.

That sounds like a change. It used to be if you didn't have room the pets would show up later in your bag when there was room, though it has been mentioned before " make sure you have room" . I am sorry my friend, I have had my screen full of items before because the pet was killed, it is a nervous situation.

Pues eso simplemente, no debería de ocurrir.

He leído muchas quejas sobre jugadores que compran mascotas y no les aparecen. Y eso les ocurre cuando sus bolsas están llenas.

Así que vacían espacio en la bolsa, resetean y aparecen.

Sus mascotas no debieron de aparecen en la pantalla en el "aire". Eso no debió de ocurrir...

if a pet of you dies, and you see the items from pets bag on screen throw 1 more item out of the bag that you have 1 more space too in the backpack !
than log off.
Buy a new pet.
login again.
open backpack and open the pet !
now choose what a kind of pet you wanna have.
Now you have a new pet again, and 1 more bag again.
now you can collect again all items, and nothing is lost.

This you should do fast !

The items will shown 20 seconds on screen before they gone !

Thats the way like i do it if i lost a pet !

For the time you are logged off, no item will go.
You have enough time to buy a new pet again !
