Forgotten Tales

My alt, Tuntun, has the quest (see screenshot) and has killed dozens of dragons on the island. But, no husks are dropping. I see it's supposed to be 100% drop, so is there a new problem with this quest? Is there something else I should have done that I overlooked?

I'm sure you've checked, but this is from SellSword's quest list:

Quest Log: Bring a Mithril Shield to the mighty magus.


Quest: 283 – Magus – A Dragon’s Soul

Needed Level: 220
Needed Quest: 282
Quest Log: Bring a dragon bow and a dragon platemail to the mighty magus.


Quest: 284 – Magus – Blood of a Giant Bat
Location: Map 3, 3
Needed Level: 220
Needed Quest: 283
Quest Log: Bring a giant bat to the mighty magus.


Quest: 285 – Magus – Dragon Husks (quest 287 on completion)
Location: Map 3, 3
Needed Level: 220
Needed Quest: 284
Quest Log: Collect 15 dragons husks to be able to leave the astral plane.

Your alt must be at least level 220 or wouldn't have been able to start quest 282.

Yeah, I have quest 285 and am on the island. But, no husks drop from kills. No husks, means I'm stuck there too. :/

I think there are some quest bugs with the new update. Some don't seem to register sometimes...

By the island you mean that the magus sent you to the island with all of the dragons, and obviously not the fairy island?

I can't remember offhand if the drop rate is 100% or not, but it wasn't a quest that was really all that difficult to do as I recall.

I suggest you let yourself be killed and try it again perhaps, maybe it will reset?

Been killing dragons but no husk drop. Let myself killed and now cant enter astral plane. What step should be taken?

Found out. Need to bring giant bat again to mage

Same thing happened on my alt account.

Went back to astral plane for the 2nd time but still no husk, manage to get lvl100 shield thou. So can anyone give tips on how to get the husks. Tq
