Forgotten Tales

Have anyone else encountered the bug in Bal Muen's altar? I already lighted up the torches using fiery embers, but the quest about that are still there. So i proceeded in killing Bal, got his heart but the altar is not responding. I think this is bug in quest. I hope a GM can fix me those bugs so I can proceed in completion.

Also, I can't talk to the guy outside the Ardesia Castle. I think it's related to the Bal Muen quest.
