Seven altars

My FT main is Alien a mage. I played in 2013/14 and came back few months ago and have been enjoying the new quests, maps, monsters. Have run into a bug in the seven altars so that I can proceed to Kraken Island. Have found all 7 altars but the Pharoah spider dungeon and Silverthorne dungeon altars will not interact (ie no question mark above) thus can not complete their quest. I seem to remember those 2 altars involved in another quest for xp back in 2013 so am unsure if this is why they won't interact with my toon. The other 5 altars worked fine. Thx hope this is the right place to report this.
