Customise House

I have read something in the past on this subject.
But my question is: is it possible to customise one's own home?
There can be many ideas on the subject, basically I would like my character to enter this house.
It would also be interesting to involve the players on this topic.
- Option 1: Design your own house
Everyone draws their own house on the map editor. If necessary with rules imposed by the property (e.g. maximum dimensions, etc. etc.).
-Option 2: A house for everyone
the interiors of the houses will be the same for everyone, a base that everyone will use. The base will be chosen among the various ones that we players will make (a small competition).
-Option 3: Customise your house.
If you accept option 2, everyone could add personal things to their house, with purchases in the app, by paying. And there can be anything to add. Scoreboard with skills, gold tables, Photo chosen by the player, hardwood floors, Persian carpets, etc. etc. XD
I don't know if this is feasible.
I think the house is very useful, and I feel good about this purchase. But customisation is always a sore point.
