I noticed when goofing off with a friend that if a mage attacks with magic in PvP, but not their staff, the player getting attacked still heals! They just have to stand still. For a player with high arm, they can out heal a mage using red flow by just standing there.

Is this by design?! They get the alert that they are under attack, but can still heal despite that. This was not a mage, so I don't mean casting heal, obviously.

yes bro if the mage mana is not good enough you can out heal them if they dont staff attack
