Nasty attack

After being killed many times
I quit the clan
And this time, the dwarf player made a very bad behavior
I can understand that he can't beat the archer because neither can I
But he stunned me after he attracted the archer
Is this okay?
Edited (Akkilles): This is not ok and by the look of it, this Dwarf is attempting a what so called "spawn killing". I will warned this player to stop this behavior and if he does it again. He'll risk a punishment.
I thought after leaving the clan
Will not be attacked for no reason
Can such players be punished?

you can write GM !! this player has broken rule 9 !!
he always attacks or is it an odenar case?

he always attacks you ?? is this the first time ??
if he always does then he can be punished under rule 9B "persecution"

I sent you the link to the game help menu which covers pvp. Here is another link to FAQs about the game. Pvp and pvm are also discussed in here:

The other player is quite within his rights to attack you, unless, as mentioned it is over and over again. In this case, you may have grounds for reporting him to the GM team. However be absolutely certain about this as false reports can lead to punishment as well.

he always attacks you ?? is this the first time ??
if he always does then he can be punished under rule 9B "persecution"

So he needs to kill five people who are not clan and outlaws like me will be classified as outlaws
Then why not show his coordinates so that I can get revenge?
Well, if this is still allowed by the rules, I can only blame myself for bad luck
This kind of person really makes me sick

The suggestion of showing enemies on the map (similar to showing friends) has been made before and the concern that comes up is harassment of other players. You may be attacked without getting killed and that player is on your enemy list.
As someone who doesn't PvP here's my suggestion: watch other players. If you're grinding and a lower level player (or someone within 3 levels above you) stops nearby then pay attention. If that player heads towards you there's a good chance something is going to happen so either get ready to fight, run, or log as you see fit.
It is possible to play the game without getting into that if you really don't want to. I've been playing for years and most people in clans just ignore me. I'm not on any clan "side" (or really know what they are) and I'm largely accepted as a neutral player.

They say if a bird craps on you: it's good luck, so who knows
If he does become an outlaw, please take solace in the fact that we will cross paths.
