Either send a private message to the GM who jailed you or post something in this thread with your account name, the reason you were jailed and request how long you will be jailed for.

A reread of the game rules would also be a good idea.

It is a part of the game.

Any lower level and up to three levels higher than you can attack you.
You can attack anyone three levels lower than you or any level higher.

Play PvL "as soon as you are attacked" log off.
You character will stay online for 11 seconds during the attack but if your stats are set right you can survive.
Wait a few minutes. 5 to 10 and come back because sometimes they sit and wait for you to log in again.

And you are on the crazed lion map, bad area for PvP attacks there.
One of the reasons I never grinded there.
