Returning player

Hello,

I am a returning player. I have been gone for a long time. I uninstalled all my other games so I could come back here and seriously give this game another chance. This was my very first mobile game after all.

I noticed that there are many changes that have happened since I've been gone and the world maps look completely different. I even noticed a pet stall.

I am rambling so let me get to my questions.
What is needed to use the pet stall? Where is the best location for a house now? I used to have a house at Ashdown village so that I could craft forest robes but unfortunately it is my fault that buying robes from the pet shop was taken out of the game. It's a long story but basically in an attempt to return to the game, I made an alt and bought another house by Martek's Stronghold and for 2 days I watched a group of players exploiting a bug using forest robes. I don't know what they were doing exactly, but I reported them for it.

I thought I could look the other way at there criminal ways but it turns out that I could not. Of course there were a lot of decisions that I made back when I made my first serious account that ruffled some feathers or may have rubbed some players the wrong way.
