Does anyone know all locations where throwing knives can be purchased?

I know of these locations:

Wagon map.
Frost caves where giants live.

I'm not sure if they are sold at either the human or orc shop.

I'd check that thread. I believe that L3on3 has all of the shops for maps currently released.
