Forgotten Tales

Hello i can't get into the Taverne Room or in the bank. What is the
problem?
At the Bank in Banktownin see the arrow, click on it and i am suddenly behind the bank. Every time. And in the Tavern i see the green arrow, but cant get into the room.

I play the game offline and I'm on level sixteen.
It is Version Number 4.13.1
Please help me, because i need a place for things.

Now i started a new game and it is the same

There is no extra storage in the offline game. The bank and tavern don't work there.

I always look at the fact that you the swordsman, his name is LostKnight if you wanted to know¹, has four companions that accompany him on his adventures. So the bank and tavern are not really needed.
