You can now change settings and make purchases from logged account. You don't need to disconnect first.
For purchases click treasure icon in backpack window.
For settings click icon in information window.

Graphically, put the treasure chest on the information board, next to the banner with the hammer.

Purchase stuff does not work on the PC version but that's to be expected, Play Store is an Android thing, not Windows, Linux or iOS.

(And I cannot buy stuff anyway)

Actually I like it right where it is.
Every one has to like a treasure chest.

8.19.1 beta released with small fixes.
You can now click on gold icon in backpack to see how much gold exactly you have (no rounding). You can click also on hp and xp bars.
