Hello i try to make this quest but the red devil don't appear. Why????

After you get the quest in your book you have to enter the portal. The red devils spawn in the right side of the dungeon after you cross the bridge and head down. He will drop you the portal stone. Go back through portal to area of wounded King and then try to go into portal again. The stone will close then the portal and you can talk again to the king.

Have you walked through the entire map? There isn't much to see inside the portal.

Yes but i play on offline version of game

Yes, but the dungeons and quests are pretty much the same online and offline. This is an old quest that was around well before the offline game stopped getting updates.
