RPG problems with game interactive functions

Hello players!
1. The kid wanting the mushrooms for his mum is gone. In his place another npc appeared!

2. I cannot enter the castle in 3.1, the horseman when tapped, shows a green arrow but nothing happens, I'm
still outside the castle.
Why?

The boy who tells you about mushrooms is elsewhere on that map. Try walking around the bottom right area.
In fact, that is good advice for most NPCs, as they often don't reappear in the place you first met them.
The NPC at 3.1 needs either 100 or 200 gold to let you enter the castle. Perhaps you don't have this amount?

OK, I found him though he had to be spawned. I walked over there ten times and he did not appear.
I spend more time searching npcs that in dungeons. But I still can't access Silverwood city. I played this game in the past and I could go everywhere I wanted without problems. I am very close at getting fed up with this game.

Can't enter Silverwood City!
I've got tons of money.
The interactive function does not work!

My problem at Silverwood is usually from clicking on the door instead of the guard next to it. The guard is the one that lets you in.
