Is 250 lvl needed to enter Kraken Island ?

Yes, but I'm not convinced you will be able to access this map in the offline game.

Others who play the offline FT version will be able to confirm this.

So yes at least some of Kraken Island is in the RPG game.

I'm not there yet, only level 145 on an old phone with a 4 inch screen.
