I bought a pet, through the app gallery, the payment went through, it didn’t appear in the backpack, what to do, I need help, I just won’t leave it like that, I will write to different authorities, the game is very frustrating, it didn’t happen before

Try this please:
Free 1 slot in your bagpack. maybe that helps. If not...check all your other acc are registered with your mail.adress. Sometimes if a bag is full it switches automatically to your other acc when is bagpack full. Than you only have to trade that pet to your other acc
If that wont help than please contact any GM .
But they need GoodlePurchaseCode for it

There are occasional times where there is a short delay as well. If you try the options SK mentioned and you need to send the code please don't post the purchase code publicly.
These situations have come before and compbatant resolves them.
