Each of the 4 meteor tools have their own quest to learn how to craft them, each with a different NPC in a different location. Also, they will only give you the quest if you are lvl500+.

idk, but i think some of these quests are bugged like the mage who gives the hammer+4.

I tried that quest now 2 days with 2-3 accs. 2 are allways picking materials and my mage too, they all given the material for my mage to give it to that mage who learns to craft that hammer. I failed now 500 times. I lost a lot of time and a lot of materials on it.

It surely is bugged on me !

I give up because i not need these items. I still have them all.

I know of one player who has crafted the +4 hammer. It's difficult, but possible.

I know of players who have learned to craft them all. Nothing is bugged or broken. People who complain about things like this just want to complain.

Could it be that if an acc who do that quest has an +4 tool still in bagpack can not get a tool4 craft ?

I recognized that an acc of me who has only +3 tools got that tool4 craft fast.

Like i told, i stayed 2 days and got nothing. Maybe because i still have equipped tools4 !?

Nope. It's just supposed to be pretty hard since these are such valuable tools. If you're having problems or are stuck on a particular part of the quests, PM me and I might be able to give you a little info on that part.
