I have 2 pets in storage 0, -1 but am using 2 bought pets as well. Can pets be removed from storage 0, -1 so I can store stronger pets currently in use? I need entry to plasma crypt area but don't want to lose my current pets in use.

No, not unless you have a house to store your active pets. This is explained here:

So my pets in storage can't be deleted by GM to keep my pets in use to store.

If you read Lord Seth's first post, this pet storage is a huge gift to all ft players, but was never intended as a house replacement.
This was the intention in February 2021 and remains the same two years on.

Correct. The pet storage was never designed to store 2 pets and then exchange with 2 other pets following you. This was discussed with compbatant even before it opened, so there will not be any exchanges.
