Help in quest, please

Hi, need help
Have problem, doing House of Houses quest new series, allmost till the
end,
Visited Vetus Vector , visited all altars,
finished sailing training, get to Kraken Island, colect smells of
vanila, cimemon and honey mushroms, get to the altar, altar get me to 0,0,
but at that point, I forget to colect artefact from the screen(very sad), artefact is neded to be able to finish quest,
so if U can help
me to recieve artefact, it will be good,
I have tried once more go through the altar on Kraken island, but nothing happens, it back me to 0,0 withouth artefact.
