I am level 15 and seem to be out of doable quests. also, I sometimes lose EPs. Why is that?

Title should be Losing XPs, that is Experience Points.

There are plenty of quest in the game however some of them require you to be a certain level in order to start them. Also you lose 20% of your current xp if you die in any way. I believe that would be why you're losing xp sometimes.

I think it's only 10%, but yes, that's why you're getting back to start map with less after dieing.
