To become one with your weapon you must become one with yourself...silence the voices and hear only your heartbeat...you are master of your body control your breath, control your heart...emotion is only a spark, control is the fire that burns....your weapon is an extension of you like your arm...when you are one you will not know you hold it but it will seek it's prey as by thought it is released....
