How and where i can upgrade and craft weapons above 100 lvl? Please help

Some can be crafted at your house (if you own one), some can be purchased at different shops, others by fishing or digging and then some by buying from other players.

or if you are in clan you can craft there some items too, if the clan owns such a smith
