A big problem that has not been solved for years

Maybe this problem is small and unimportant for you. But it has been the biggest and most annoying problem for me for years
Our friends become GM After a while, they either get sad or retire or leave the game They write inactive
This has been happening for years and all GMs
Why do they think that retiring and leaving the game and being inactive is unimportant
They are not for themselves They belong to everyone Because they were responsible
Shouldn't they be accountable? They should not say goodbye؟

Why don't you care about other people's feelings? We don't need to thank you and gratitude And shall we say goodbye?
If no one needs i need
I need know what happens to my friends 😶🙁
MadMikael the best GM when u send him message and he answered soon what happened to him ?
He left us and when back he thinks its bad idea and craft topic
He recommended that the GMs never return if left post
Why why mad ? Befor i miss you but this days i angers
Why do you not care about other people's feelings? Why are you punishing everyone? Is it worth staying for friends?
Is it very hard staying? Im with all GMs not just mad
So when do you want to deal with this problem?
Is there no way? Why do all GMs suffer from this problem? Why don't you tell your friends and others what is happening?
Yes it is very important because we need GM If there is no GM, everything is empty, there are few entertainments nothing event nothing fun time at start map
So, do you think it is really not necessary to check? Do you think there is no need to solve the GMs problem?

Meri you have a good heart! Thank you for caring!

In my experience people stop doing what they do for one of three reasons.

1. They have found something else better to use their time on. This may be family, a new job, or maybe even a more promising game!
2. They have been disappointed and the benefit given has grown small, whether it be individuals who disappoint or situations.
3. They have not been adequately supported by those who are supposed to support them and feel alone or abandoned or let down.

I think we've seen all three reasons in our GM's stopping.

I think point 3 plays a bigger role than any of us realize, therefore it is harder for us to understand.

Exactly and to the point You said it best They spent most of their time for us They sacrificed a lot They did everything
And no thanks was given to them
Where in the world is this? Without any thanks and ceremony? We were not even allowed to say goodbye
Why should we not thank them for their efforts? Why should we not know what was the reason for their departure? If they don't want it, it is our duty to remember them and try to console them
This did not happen to one person, the most of them has experienced it
It is our duty to look for them, Gms they gave their time and energy for the game🌺🌷🌸
Yes they need support

It's a product of the system.

The rules are awful for the players, but not only that, they are also awful for the GMs.
The GM's ger exhausted and never want to come back.

That's why we have a revolving door of GM's who come in, are massively active and then never return again, making room for the next.

Rules are not a problem they are fine It's just a bit dark when translated into other languages
We need rules everywhere we go If there are no laws, the oppressor will always oppress the weak and the rich will oppress the poor
Rules are good
but when GMs trying fallowing the rules
and punishment broken rules
The player who broken rules and cheater
scammer s and cheaters threatens GMs and It hurts GMs and bother others i think
Laws should also support GMs
Most of the problems are by scammers and cheaters They hurt everyone

Very perceptive, but I think point 2. is the biggest issue of all.

Fancy being constantly criticised, having several obscenities written against you, accused of no end of things, threatened ingame but worse still irl and all because you are simply trying to help.

Then, you get to do it all again the next day. Hooray!

This is exactly the problem
They making event they speak and make game happy
GMs try to help GMs try to keep the game clean GMs try to be responsive They try to enforce the rules And the only thing they get is threats and harassment Why are they not supported? Why are they not supported for time and energy?
Why are they always at target and everyone attacks them? There are already rules And they only enforce the rules
Who should support them ? Us ? Admin ? Rules?
Who?

The problem isn't that rules exist. Rules are very important.
The problem is that BAD rules cause bad things. The rules in ft are definitely not good.
