This may be more a technical question that could lead to a bug possibly?

Anyway I have an account needing 20k hp and 200 Mana potions, so I brought out a couple of retiree accounts to visit the mage that sells them and give him a hand.

Here's the question, are the responses given according to IP address or individual accounts? I tried four accounts on same device one after another with a few minutes at most between and all four got same response, sorry I have nothing to sell!

Was it just a random coincidence or more at work, like resetting periodically of response for anyone or as I ask IP related? Not a huge deal as long as eventually he sells me something! It just seemed odd all four should receive exact same response.

I'd say individual accounts as the npc wouldn't speak to you after the first try.

But then I'm not technically minded with IP addresses amd so on.

I'll make that npc part of my circuit as well:)

Update after reset...first two accounts...sorry...but next two Mana potions. It must have been a rare string of bad luck. I consider my question answered.
