My idea is that it should be able to fish tool 1,2 now.

Or the game can be made like the offline game where you can craft +2 tools with the witch. Since we now have +4 and +5 tools it seems to me +2 ought to be easier for lower level players to get. They can get a +2 axe helping the injured man with the broken leg at level 40 but the other tools can only be gotten if you are a high enough level to visit the blood palace shop, by then most players have +3 or even +4 tools so buying +2 I doubt happens much unless a higher level player is buying for a friend. I would prefer a crafting option but fishing +2 tools would be nice also.

+1 or tool 2 are only helpful at the moment for a daily task on the altar in my eyes.
Noone take +1 or +2 tools now.
Easy to get +3 tools from anyone.
Noone let a friend have a +1 or +2 tool to skill around
At the beginning +1 tools can be purchased in shops. Thats ok.
+2 Pick only from the man with broken legs.
And tool3 or tool4 from a friend.

In BloodMap are tools available too yes.
Thats is the easiest way now.

Like i sayed...tools1 or tools2 are useless now and should be fishable from now.

I misunderstood you..I thought you wanted +1 and +2 fishable to help players get tools.

If they are useless, except for the small amount of gold to sell them at a shop, why bother to include them as fishable? No reason for a change if no benefit for anyone. I guess now I don't understand why you made the suggestion. Suggestions and changes should help players in my opinion otherwise leave it alone.

I always though, or have for a long time, that tools+2 could be crafted at the blacksmith because I see them in my House Menu. I'd guess that they can be crafted in clans as well.

So crafting them with the Blacksmith would be a great Idea for new people.
And or fished.

It would be, though they are sold in a shop now, so I'm not sure if there's any point in it.

2. craft
- cost free tools for the new people that are not alts of higher level players
- or that don't have friends yet.

Yes, you are right. It's probably not really easy to go past speed 1 as a new player.

And by the way I have quite a few alts that use Great Wood tools.
Not for skill building but to just to use.
Archer with Great Wood Axe to chop logs for Fire Arrows
Ogres with Great Fishing Rod for fishing/chatting and trading.
