Blood Palace Master Key Change

The Blood Palace Master Key wasn't previously working like a "master key". Now, if you only have the master key, you should be able to go through any door that previously required other keys in the Blood Palace. Those other keys should still work, of course. If you notice any issues with doors there, please let me know and I'll address the issue as soon as possible.
