What's the Respect ? . 
It's look simple word.
The concept of respect varies from person to person especially in this game. Somes ppls thinks by following there opinions (treu or wrong) i earn there respect. And if i don't i lose it. No matter your value in this game i will stand with what i see it treu . I earn my respect with that.
Respect for me is earned not given. You won't give me the respect or i give it to you. You give it to yourself .
how ?
Treat people the way you want to be treated. Talk to people the way you want to be talked to.
You are not bigger than them we are all sons of 9 months . you just choosed the easiest way to play.
And maked your playing time in FT easier.
GM it's big respnsbilty , not everyone able to do your works as GM. And as players we are appreciated. Not all satisfied but just 1 thing plz :
Don't apply the rules how you want to ,but apply them how everyone's understand them.
otherwise you just Taking innocent players curses ( what's your earnings from that).
