Forgotten Tales

It's been a long time since t went there and thought there were some quests on the initial map to do. Perhaps a level requirement? My acct 283 can access the desert land and get the two daily quests, but nothing on the main map I could find, I went in one house and a level requirement and another where the npc, a mage doesn't speak, and a house with a ? but tells you it's closed. Did I just miss something or did I pay my fee to open the portal for nothing....the desert part is constantly in player reports so not overly interested! Thanks.

It's been a while, I but I think you enter one of the buildings to find the start of the quests. Looks like maybe the one around 73.92? Min level is 1000 though. Maybe not great for the lower level one.
